My mom is the music pastor at Pacific Christian Church and she has been asked to premier the kids musical Big Shot! So a crew is coming to video the musical, and everyone who buys the musical will get a video of our kids choir. The video will give the other churches a perspective on how they can preform the musical. So we try and set the bar high. I'm going to be posting a pic of each night we work on the set because I think it's a cool process, and think it would be cool for all of you to see. So this being said here's day 1 and 2 hope you enjoy.
This is day one the musical takes place in a backyard and all the characters are bugs. So we made some grass to give the feel of the backyard.
On Day 2 we painted the grass different colors to give some dimensions so it isn't flat. This is just the beginning more to come.
Day 3 we put fake grass all over the stage just to make it look better. But it's kinda of very green so the next day we plan to give it some color.
Day 4 we put some grass on the front steps too cover up floor monitors, and put up flowers and butterfly's to add color and effect! Almost finished now just for the small details and a couple more props!
