#ilove3point0
As everyone knows social media plays a huge roll in the life of nearly every person in today's society. So my goal is to get everyone that is sporting 3.0 to take pictures of them doing above average stuff. It can be as simple as them on the top of bishops peak in their 3.0 tee shirt. They would post the picture to their social media account hash tagging #ilove3point0 or #3point0 and the most outrageous picture would get posted to 3.0's account. So it's a fun competition, but at the same time just encouraging people to live life above average, and do above average things!

A Little More About Me
This is a essay we had to write for government and I actually enjoyed writing it so here it is.
What’s up Swaggner. My American journey starts in the
small town of Santa Maria California. However, before I go into my journey I
need to start with my parents. My mom was born in Taft California and moved to
Orcutt California in elementary school. She attended Patterson school then went
to Orcutt Junior High, and Righetti High school. After she graduated she went
to Allan Hancock College and then transferred to Vanguard University where she
got her bachelors in phycology, and her masters in marriage and family
counseling. She now is the music pastor at Pacific Christian Center, and does
counseling through the church. She has written and premiered several kids’
musicals for a company called lillenes music. One of the musicals actually won
a Dove award. A dove award is pretty much a Grammy in the Christian world.
My dad was born in Macon Georgia, but traveled all around
while he was growing up because his dad was in the air force. One cool place he
lived was Okinawa Japan. The last move him and his family made was from Okinawa
to Lompoc California. They moved there because his dad got a job on Vandenberg
Air Force Base working for Lockheed Martin. He attended Vandenberg middle school,
and the Cabrillo high school. In high school he wrestled and played football.
After graduating he attended Allan Hancock College, two years later he as well
transferred to Vanguard to follow my mom. He got his bachelors in Mathematics
and his master’s degree is in education. Now a days he is the vice principle at
Lakeview jr. high.
One more person to talk about before I start talking
about myself. She is one of your former students and is the best big sister
ever. Her name is Candace Rickman. She was born in Santa Maria California, and
went to school at Pacific Christian School, and Righetti. While she was at
Righetti she took all AP classes and finished in the top 10 of her class. She
wasn’t all brains though she cheered all 4 years and was the captain for 2 of
them. Now a days she is in her third year at Cal Poly SLO, in which she plans
to get her bachelors in industrial engineering.
Ok now here is my journey, but I didn’t think it was
right to just talk about me because without those three people I wouldn’t be
who I am today. So her it go’s my name is Connor Eugene Rickman. I am born and
raised in Santa Maria. My first school I ever attended was Pacific Christian
School. I went there from preschool to 6th grade. However, for
junior high I went to Orcutt Junior High where my dad was the vice principle at
the time. Then off to Righetti high school where I had always wanted to go. Now
I am in my senior year and plan to go off to a 4 year university and major in
business/entrepreneurship.
Even from the time I was little I was always in love with
sports. I would always want to play outside even if all my friends wanted to
play video games. I played basketball since the second grade and this is the
first year I have not played, I was a point guard growing up. When I got to
high school though there was another point guard. We would always go head to
head in practices and didn’t really like each other freshman year. Turns out
however that over the years he has become my best friend. His name is Justin
Garcia. My other best friend is also a basketball player and we always say he
balances us out because he is 6’7 and Justin and I are only 5’6. You could
probably guess who it is there isn’t many kids that tall, but if you couldn’t
his names Cameron Walker and has recently committed to Stanford. We are like
the three amigos and are pretty much together all the time. When we are
together we always find something to do even if it’s a stupid game we make up
with the mini basketball court in the house. Although I lost the passion for
basketball for many reasons one being coaches, I am still best friends with
these guys.
My new passion is golf. I have only been playing for a
few months and it is the most addicting sport ever! I am at the golf course
every day from the time I get out of school until it gets so dark I can’t see
my ball. My routine consists of hitting a large bucket, chipping for an hour,
putting for an hour and then playing as many holes as I can. Since I pretty
much live there I decided to get a job at the golf course so I can golf for
free, and get paid at the same time. I work in the cart barn, which isn’t the
best job, but it is perfect for high school students. There is two parts to my
job, one of them is we wash all the golf carts that go out each day which is on
average about 50 – 65 carts. After you wash the carts you have to back them in,
and it’s so tight in the barn that if your off on your park job, the rest of
the carts will not fit so it can be a bit tidies. The second part to my job is
to get all the golf balls of the driving range. Yes, I do get to drive the cart
that everyone aims at because it is a moving target, and yes it does sound like
a gunshot when someone hits it! Ok back to golf, I am playing for Righetti this
year, and hope to play in college. I have a new swing coach who has been
helping me a lot and is working to get me ready for college, so I am going to
continue to grind and see where this sport takes me.
Church is also something that plays a big part in my
life, it is like my home away from home. I have been raised in the church and
have so many good memories with family and friends there. My mom puts on huge
performances and musicals so my dad and his buddies always build huge
extravagant sets which would take many late nights and many weeks. My dad and
his best friend do the majority of the work because they always think alike and
are perfectionists. My dad’s friend’s son is a year younger than me and his
name is Jacob, we would always say we were “helping” our dads when we were
little, but really we would just run around and do crazy stuff in the church.
For instance, one time we found some rope and tied it to a soccer ball and hung
it from the catwalk where all the lights go and swung it around the sanctuary
like it was a tither ball. Now as we have gotten older we still do sets but
Jacob and I actually do help our fathers out. Also, I am a youth leader for the
junior high group in my church. I have been on a mission’s trip to Las Vegas,
and I am going to Romania this summer on another one.
This is my American Journey, and it is continuing be
written each and every day. I’m grateful for all my family and friends who have
had an impact on me. I can’t wait to see what the future has in store for me.
I’m going to continue to follow my dreams and work hard to accomplish them.

3.0 In OneWay now!
We contacted OneWay and they were on board with letting us put some stuff in their store. They actually asked us to put in enough to fill one clothing stand for their March Madness sell. So we put in about $1200 worth of product. The clothing is selling at a pretty good pace! The next store I want to talk to and see if we can get product into is Esteem. Esteem is a surf shop in Pismo. I'm working on a couple more beach designs , to see which sells better the beachier product or our normal designs.
Our first booth 3.0
We had our first booth at our youth group that we are both leaders for. We were just there to show everyone our clothing, but the kids loved it and wanted to buy them. So we started taking orders. We take the booth everyweek to youth just so we can keep working out the kinks, for when we go to a bigger venue with more chaos. For example, we made order forms, got the cubes to take debit card, and many more little things. The next place we are going to take our 3.0 booth is SLO Farmers market. We feel this will be a good venue because there's a lot of college kids who I believe will find the clothing great!

Ask me no question I'll write you a thesis
Studying a Ap prompt can help in several ways. One being you could get a similar prompt on the real test and you will be prepared. Another thing is the more you practice these the easier they will be for you on the test. I'm not taking the ap exam so I'm not to worries...actually I'm not worried at all for it! Good luck to everyone that is taking it.
